Pharmacy Inventory Team Lead

The Pharmacy Inventory Team Lead leads the pharmacy inventory management team to ensure efficient and effective inventory control. They recommend inventory management policies and procedures to optimize operations, and they collaborate with pharmacy leadership and other departments to align inventory practices with organizational goals. They analyze inventory data to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Shift: 40 hours per week; day shift

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required
• 7 + years of experience in pharmacy inventory management required
• Supply Chain and Inventory Management certificate from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) required.

Salary Range: Minimum 26.58/hour - Maximum 43.89/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
