Manage and track risk-related incidents through their lifecycle, from identification to closure.

Perform incident analysis, root cause assessments, and remediation tracking.

Support creation, review, and periodic updates of risk policies, standards, and procedures.

Maintain policy, control, and regulatory requirement mappings to ensure compliance coverage.

Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and audit teams to assess risks and address control gaps.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Incident Management Analyst with experience in Risk Management to oversee risk-related incidents, support policy lifecycle management, and maintain policy-to-control mapping. The role involves coordinating incident investigations, conducting impact assessments, tracking remediation activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational risk and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track risk-related incidents through their lifecycle, from identification to closure.

Perform incident analysis, root cause assessments, and remediation tracking.

Support creation, review, and periodic updates of risk policies, standards, and procedures.

Maintain policy, control, and regulatory requirement mappings to ensure compliance coverage.

Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and audit teams to assess risks and address control gaps.

Prepare risk and incident management reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Experience:

5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, GRC, Incident Management, or Compliance.

Strong understanding of risk frameworks, policy governance, and control management.

Experience with policy-to-control mapping, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities.

Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Experience with GRC tools and risk management platforms is preferred.
