Job Description

Mosaic Life Care is seeking an Associate Direct Support Manager to join our Community & Social Services team in our nonprofit and social services program. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while assisting the Direct Support Manager with daily operations, staff coordination, and quality assurance. You’ll model person-centered care, ensure safety and compliance, support community integration, and mentor Direct Support Professionals. Mosaic Life Care offers a compassionate, innovative culture with strong opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional growth as you help improve the lives of the people we serve.
