Overview Napoleon Spring Works is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across multiple departments. This role involves handling garage door components, assisting with production, and ensuring accurate shipping and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different warehouse functions as needed. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and parts Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately Assist in the production and assembly of garage door components Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as required) Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Support multiple departments including shipping, receiving, and production as needed Follow all company policies and safety procedures Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials (typically up to 50–75 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Monday - Thursday 2PM - 2:30AM Full-time/ Part-Time / Overnights Overtime may be required depending on production demands #J-18808-Ljbffr Lynx Nsw
