Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Excellent patient communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a team-oriented setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior outpatient family medicine experience preferred but not required
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply, with formal mentorship provided

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for an active California medical license
• No specific shift requirements; schedule flexibility available
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
