The Senior Consultant will take ownership of defined workstreams within complex transformation programmes, combining structured problem-solving, stakeholder management and high-quality delivery to create meaningful outcomes for clients. Role Highlights The Senior Consultant will: Lead individual workstreams, from shaping analysis through to solution design and delivery. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and help navigate complex challenges. Work independently while collaborating closely with client and internal consulting teams. Support proposals, credentials, client conversations and wider business development activity. Contribute to internal capability development, thought leadership and knowledge sharing. You Will Need To succeed as a Senior Consultant, you will need: Around 4 years' experience gained within a recognized management consulting firm. Proven experience independently leading consulting workstreams and managing stakeholders. Expertise developing in transformation, change, digital, technology or operating model work. Experience coaching junior consultants or supporting client team members. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
