Ocean Spray in Breinigsville, PA seeks a Plant Director to oversee blending, production, and on-line quality, driving productivity and customer satisfaction. You will hire and develop staff, manage plant performance metrics, and lead safety and environmental health practices. Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in business administration or industrial engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing leadership, including union/non-union settings, with strong communication and strategic execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
