Job Title: SharePoint System Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract *This role is a 1 year assignment*

Job Location: Houston, TX 77002 *This role is ONSITE*

Job Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Job Salary: $31/hr

Project and Requirements

This project involves migrating sites from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (SPO) . This is not a simple lift-and-shift effort . Each client engagement will include:

Meeting withstakeholders to assess current needs and requirements.
Building out thoserequirements in SharePoint Online.
Migrating relevant datato SPO or Microsoft Teams.
Securing sign-off on allchanges or deletions upon completion for each site.

Role and Responsibilities

The resource will:

Design, build, deliver,and support SharePoint solutions.
Collaborate withstakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SPOsolutions.
Support data migrationefforts and validate post-migration results.
Ensure compliance withHarris County governance and security standards.
Communicate effectivelywith staff at all levels, providing clear updates and documentation.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

Hands-on experiencedesigning, building, delivering, and supporting SharePoint solutions(2013, 2016, or 2019).
Strong understanding of SharePointarchitecture and the SharePoint security model .
Experience with SharePointOnline, Office 365, Teams, and Azure platforms.
Proficiency with:

Windows Server 2012R2or greater
SQL Server 2012 orgreater
Active Directory
IIS v7 or greater

Familiarity with Agilemethodologies (Scrum or XP).
Excellent interpersonaland written/oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products.
Ability to learn orexisting knowledge of ShareGate and InfoWise Ultimate Forms .

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with PowerShellscripting .
Experience with the MicrosoftPower Platform .
Hands-on experiencebuilding PowerApps and Power Automate flows .
