Assistant Service Manager

Manhattan Hyundai — Manhattan, Kansas Manhattan Hyundai is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to join our growing service department. Position Overview The Assistant Service Manager will support the Service Manager and service team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining efficient department operations, and helping drive service department performance. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
• 3 weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the service department
• Support and motivate service advisors and technicians
• Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and friendly service
• Help monitor workflow, productivity, and department performance
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards for quality, communication, and efficiency
• Support the Service Manager with scheduling, training, and other department needs

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service or dealership experience preferred
• Service advisor or service management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Professional, dependable, and motivated attitude
