Experience working with third-party vendors, defining business requirements, managing agreements, deliverables, and API/LTI integrations. Experience administering learning platform management systems. Preferred qualifications Program Management certification or experience in program management with a technology company. Experience in stakeholder management. Experience in Education. Demonstrated administrative experience with intellum (or comparable enterprise LMS solutions) and digital credential platforms like accredible or credly. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Manage the learning management system, credentialing infrastructure, and registration platforms, enabling content program managers to efficiently upload new learning paths and labs. Maintain API connections, collaborate with engineers on feature releases and bugs, and ensure data security compliance. Automate cross-platform dashboards and provide weekly/monthly data reports to measure program efficacy. Serve as a technical escalation point for platform issues.
