Associate Licensed Therapist (APC, LMSW, LAMFT) – Supervision + Caseload Support – Incident to Insurance Billing – Johns Creek, GA

• CEU Support: We conduct in person classes in our clinics to meet CEU renewal requirements. For additional flexibility we also include a TPN.health account or virtual continuing education

Ellie Mental Health Johns Creek is hiring Associate Licensed Therapists (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT, or license-eligible in Georgia) seeking high-quality supervision, steady referrals, and a clear, supported path to full licensure.

This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want to build a consistent caseload quickly, grow their clinical skills in a private practice setting, and steadily increase their earnings as they progress toward independent licensure.

• Supervision You Can Trust: Regular clinical supervision and mentorship across multiple licensure tracks.
• Caseload Security: We utilize robust insurance contracts supporting incident-to billing so you can see a broader range of clients right away.
• Focus on Clients, Not Paperwork: Our administrative team handles the back-end billing and scheduling logistics so you can focus entirely on clinical care.

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system.
• Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.
• A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure.
• Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture.

You will work side‑by‑side with our intake and referral team to build your client base. Full‑time clinicians at our clinic typically maintain an average of ~25 completed sessions per week once fully established. Pace of growth depends on your scheduling availability and client demographics.
