The Role You are not here to execute tasks. You are here to transform ideas into places, experiences, and outcomes. As a Senior Architectural Designer at Fishbeck, you will:
- Lead design concept development
- Guide projects from vision through realization
- Mentor and elevate other designers
- Influence outcomes and build strong client relationships
- Lead planning, programming, and design efforts on complex projects
- Develop compelling design concepts aligned with client goals
- Guide projects through all phases
- Mentor architects and designers
- Present design ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Lead design discussions across multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee visualizations, renderings, and presentations
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants
- Support business development efforts
- Build strong client relationships
- Help evolve design culture and standards
- Passion for design excellence and continuous growth
- Proven leadership and ability to elevate design quality
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Knowledge of building systems and coordination
- Confidence in presenting ideas
- Collaborative mindset
- Experience mentoring and leading teams
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of experience and licensure preferred
