Title: Territory Manager - Dental Implants Territory: Atlanta Metro Company: Renowned dental brand, experiencing rapid expansion globally. Specializing in innovative solutions for dental implants, setting new standards in dental care excellence. Compensation $80k Base, 200k++ at plan uncapped – Car allowance, Gas, Expenses, 401k, and great benefits. Responsibilities Responsible for day to day sales operations, customer service, clinical training, and sales management to meet sales goals. Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals. Apply comprehensive knowledge of Implantology and digital equipment sales strategies for key accounts to accelerate revenue and increase case volume. Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals. Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory. Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction. Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts. Requirements Minimum 4 years experience in dental implant or dental rehabilitation sales, with strong contacts. A driven, 'hunter' mentality, with a keen appetite for new business development and a passion for achieving sales excellence. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
