As a Comfort Advisor, you will play a vital role in the health of our business through the cultivation of positive relationships with both new and existing customers. You will excel in closing sales and ensuring a cycle of returning business.
What Makes YOU Great
- You have a minimum of 3 years prior sales experience in home services (HVAC and/or plumbing preferred)
- You have excellent communication skills with a proven track record of success in closing sales
- Your strong sense of professionalism and determination to exceed revenue goals
- Your high integrity and great work ethic
- Your ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- You have a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, their components, and their functionality
Additional Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check
