- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to improve mobility, function, and pain management
- Use therapeutic techniques and equipment (e.g., ultrasound, heat therapy, etc.)
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff
- Assist with prosthetics and orthotics fitting and adjustments
- Track patient progress and update care plans accordingly
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
- Active Physical Therapy license (state-specific)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Experience in rehab, ortho, or acute care preferred
