As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Access Control in Naperville, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier entertainment and hospitality location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Wed: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Fri: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Sat: 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout guest areas, recreational venues, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with direction, crowd-flow concerns, and adherence to property policies. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
