IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to user inquiries and guide them through step-by-step solutions. Document support requests and resolutions for future reference. Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity. Collaborate with the technology team to implement system upgrades and improvements. Ensure data security and perform regular system backups. Provide timely and effective communication to users and management regarding technical issues.
