Some clients call with a quick policy question. Others need help understanding a change or finding coverage that better fits their needs. Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is looking for a Florida 4-40 Licensed Customer Representative who can give each person a clear answer and follow the request through.

What you’ll do

• Help policyholders by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer coverage questions and explain policy information clearly.
• Process changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests.
• Keep customer and policy records accurate in the agency management system.
• Identify when a client may benefit from discussing additional insurance needs.
• Work with colleagues to resolve questions and keep service moving.

What you’ll bring

An active Florida 4-40 Resident Customer Representative License is required. Insurance agency experience is preferred, and familiarity with EZLynx is a plus.

You should be organized, dependable, and comfortable managing requests independently while staying connected with the team. We value someone who listens carefully, checks the details, and makes clients feel confident about their next step.

What we offer

The base salary is $40,000 to $50,000 per year, plus bonus and commission opportunities . Benefits are available after 90 days. You’ll join a supportive team in Delray Beach with opportunities to develop your insurance career as the agency grows.
