We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support front desk operations for a construction and contractor environment. This contract position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and keeping daily office communication organized. The role requires a strong phone presence, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage a multi-line switchboard efficiently in a part-time setting.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and create a positive first impression at the front desk
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts
• Answer inbound calls with courtesy and provide clear, helpful information to callers
• Handle routine receptionist tasks such as taking messages, relaying information, and maintaining an orderly reception area
• Support day-to-day office flow by coordinating front desk communication and responding to basic administrative needs• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk position
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with confidence
• Strong verbal communication skills and courteous phone etiquette
• Experience handling inbound calls in a fast-paced office setting
• Comfortable working in a part-time contract role
• Reliable organizational skills and attention to detail
