Mental Health Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Mental Health Support Worker to provide person-centered support to adults and families experiencing mental health challenges. In this mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit role, you will implement care plans, teach daily living and coping skills, monitor client well-being, and support access to housing, behavioral health, and community resources. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will document services, collaborate with clinicians, and help create a safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive environment that promotes dignity, recovery, and independence.
