Job Details Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC / Travel Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH 44128 Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) / stepdown / complex care Assignment Type: Travel assignment / 13-week contract Start Date: 05/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12‑hour day shifts (3 shifts per week) Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,660 – $1,750 Employment Type: TravelRegistered Nurse (RN) – LTAC – Travel Nurse (Cleveland, OH) GHR Healthcare Job ID: #476241 Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (valid in the U.S.) BLS Certification (required prior to first shift) ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift) Stepdown experience required; LTAC, stepdown, or critical care experience preferred Minimum 1 year bedside clinical nursing experience (2 years highly desired) Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and discharge planning from day of admission Communicate changes in patient status to the care team to ensure continuity and safety Supervise and provide direction to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees Promote patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital safety policies and procedures Contribute positively to the team environment and participate in team-building activities Identify professional growth opportunities and pursue continuing education to maintain nursing competencies Benefits 401(k) with matching Healthcare, Dental, and Vision coverage Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
