Design Consultant is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while determining and understanding the needs of their clients. Our Design Consultant is responsible for house calls and suggesting design ideas to incorporate functionality and aesthetics and utilizing knowledge of the quoting system.
Essential Job Duties:
Meet and exceed sales goals set by store management.
Assist the store in driving sales, execute client’s vision
Assist in qualifying, identifying client needs
Welcomes our guests into the store by providing a friendly, informative atmosphere. Provide updates to the guests’ regarding order(s) on a regular basis, follow- through after delivery and provide answers on product care and warranty.
Input of all customer sales into Point of Sale system.
Periodic house calls offered and performed
Ensure proper tagging and visual requirements are met.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Positive and friendly attitude a must :)
One year of experience in design or retail sales preferred
Ability or aptitude to sell luxury products.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Good computer skills
