Who We’re Looking For: Licensed & Pre-Licensed Therapists We are seeking passionate clinicians who are committed to increasing access to high-quality mental health care for veterans, active-duty service members, military families, and first responders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with high-acuity trauma, understands the unique needs and culture of these populations, and is motivated to provide evidence-based, compassionate care to those who serve our communities and country. Required Degrees & Licensure Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution) Pre-licensed candidates: LPC-Associates, LMSW, LMFT-Associates Must have at least 2 years of experience and be within 6 months of full licensure Fully licensed candidates: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload) Required Certifications / Experience 1–2 years of experience working with veterans and/or first responders Training in trauma-focused interventions (basic + advanced), such as: EMDR CPT

TF-CBT
