The Supervisor – Food and Nutrition – FH MEM role is a resource to staff and covers as a lead person when management is unavailable. This role assists management by performing daily tasks in the areas of ordering and receiving food items, handling catering requests, cooking food and assuring proper setup and presentation.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education: High School diploma preferred.License/Certifications: Dietary Manager Certification preferred.Experience: Two years of experience in healthcare facility required.
