Design Consultant & Project Coordinator

Job Description

Love design and helping people bring their vision to life? Join our showroom team and guide clients from first showroom visit to finished countertop installation.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome walk-in clients, learn their design goals, and guide them through the showroom stone samples and slab yard
\n
• Help clients choose between natural and engineered stone based on durability, maintenance, and style
\n
• Draw countertop layouts, calculate slab needs, and build accurate estimates (training provided)
\n
• Build new relationships and maintain existing client portfolio, consisting of homeowners, builders, and designers
\n
• Hand off projects smoothly to our fabrication and install teams
\n
• Keep the showroom and slab yard clean, organized, and inviting
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years of sales experience (required)
\n
• Experience in a construction-related field such as countertops, cabinets, or remodeling is a bonus, but not mandatory
\n
• Strong communication and customer service skills
\n
• Sharp organization, attention to detail, and project management ability
\n
• An eye for design
\n
• Comfort with measuring and layouts, and a willingness to learn estimating software
\n
• Design, showroom, or retail experience is a plus
\n

Schedule

\n
• This position would work 5 days per week, ideally 4 weekdays 9am-4pm plus Saturdays 9am-1pm. This is flexible and we are open to discussion for the right candidate.
