Job Type Full-time Days Sign-On Bonus Up to $20,000 for eligible candidates Schedule Monday-Friday plus on-call rotation (14 days in a row), only two holidays per year. Contributions / Responsibilities Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors. Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient’s response to treatment, and evaluate overall plan daily for effectiveness. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to the care team, provider, patient, and family following chain of command as appropriate. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs. Qualifications Education: Current Arizona RN license and Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
