Customer Success Representative

Pay: Starts at $15.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Weekends as Needed

Hours: Shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving inquiries, educating customers, and providing solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer support
• Build rapport, educate customers, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and account issues
• Utilize active listening, objection handling, and de-escalation techniques
• Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and computer systems
• Meet quality assurance (QA), productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Previous experience in a call center, customer support, customer care, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, collections, retention, appointment setting, inside sales, telesales, or technical support is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build relationships, influence conversations, overcome objections, and provide consultative solutions using soft sales techniques
• Proficient with computers, data entry, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and navigating multiple applications simultaneously
• Reliable attendance, professionalism, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
