facility opening in 2026. We offer high-quality, compassionate care for a wide

care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable
environment. How you'll contribute An Activities Assistant who excels in this role: * Assists and executes with the Activity Therapist or Activity Therapy
Coordinator to provide medically approved activity programs including such
activities as holiday and special events, social activities, relaxation
techniques, music-based interventions, leisure educational games, and
expressive arts to assist patients to develop interpersonal relationships,
increase motivation, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence
needed to participate in group activities.
* The Activities Assistant takes the guidance and supervision of an Activity
Therapist or Activity Therapy Coordinator to regulate content of the programs
in accordance with patients’ capabilities, needs, interests, and treatment

cutting edge equipment and technology! What we're looking for Applicants should have a high school diploma/GED. Additional requirements
include: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute in recreation related field,
preferred. * Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct
experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and
geriatric patients, preferred. * CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days. About Us Centra Behavioral Health Hospital is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital
