Title: Logistics Employee
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $19 - $20
Location: Conover, NC

Type: Temp to Hire

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to join a growing team? We're looking for a Logistics Associate to support daily warehouse operations and help keep inventory, shipping, and order fulfillment running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Support daily warehouse operations and material movement
Assist with operational and sales support as needed
Utilize digital tools to improve efficiency and workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Reliable with excellent attendance
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible to work additional hours during peak seasons (spring and summer)
Self-starter who takes ownership of daily responsibilities
