What You'll Do

Build the Core Product

• Design and build the intelligence engine end-to-end: data ingestion, model orchestration, reasoning pipelines, API layers, UI integration
• Own architecture across stack boundaries to support scalable, evolvable systems

Partner with Founders

• Collaborate on roadmap, trade-offs, and technical vision
• Ship directly to enterprise clients - your work has immediate, measurable impact

Set the Bar

• Define what great engineering looks like in an AI-first organization
• Raise the bar for the team as it grows

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• At least one undeniable signal of excellence - built and shipped at a top tech company, early engineer at a startup that built something real, notable open source work, or top-tier CS program
• Strong engineering fundamentals - distributed systems, data, or AI/ML; we're too small for hand-holding on the technical side
• Shipped meaningful products end-to-end - not just features, but systems
• Fluent in modern stacks; we care more about how you think than what you know

Strong Signal

• Built AI/ML pipelines or worked on LLM-powered products
• Experience with enterprise data systems or analytics infrastructure
• Has operated in a high-growth, high-ambiguity environment
• Thinks like an owner - big picture, not just your part
