What You’ll Do Represent the brand at festivals and events with confidence and enthusiasm Engage attendees and drive product sales Conduct lifestyle mixology classes and educate guests on creative drink preparation Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships Manage your own event setup, breakdown, and execution Assist with light bartending while maintaining strong brand engagement Collaborate with event organizers and fellow vendors to ensure smooth operations You’re not just staff — you’re the face of the brand. What the Role Requires Outgoing, sales-driven personality Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and confidently manage your own event Basic knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques Experience in event engagement or coordination preferred Valid driver’s license Thursday–Sunday availability (majority of events fall on weekends) Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift and transport items up to 30 lbs Flexibility to work at the distillery when not scheduled for events This role is active, hands-on, and perfect for someone who enjoys hustle, energy, and interacting with great crowds.
