Production Lead (Swing Shift)We are seeking a hands-on Production Lead to oversee swing shift operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Paid Family and Medical Leave Company-Paid Life Insurance Wellness Programs and Gym Discounts Employee Product Discounts Team Events and Company CelebrationsWorkplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in San Leandro, CA.Application Deadline: This position is anticipated to close on Aug 31, 2026.Responsibilities:Lead daily production activities and support employees on the manufacturing floor.Allocate labor and resources to meet production demands.Train, coach, and develop production team members.Monitor throughput, productivity, quality, and work-in-process metrics.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standard operating practices.Investigate and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and quality concerns.Partner with Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and HR to support operational goals.Oversee timecard approvals, attendance tracking, and shift documentation.Conduct shift handoffs and communicate priorities between teams.Qualifications:2+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.Prior leadership, training, or supervisory experience in a production environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Experience using production systems, dashboards, and timekeeping software.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Preferred Qualifications:Lean Manufacturing experience.Startup or high-growth manufacturing experience.Experience with 3D printing or advanced manufacturing technologies.Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Asana, or similar business tools.Spanish bilingual skills.
