Job Overview Now hiring! Bella Milano Catering is looking for highly energetic, take‑charge individuals to join our thriving upscale, full‑service catering operation. Positions are available for servers, bartenders, and bussing staff. Key Attributes Teamwork – Willing to help others succeed and thrive in our operation. Guest Management – Professional and polite, guiding guests through their experience. Cleanliness – Ensuring front of house is clean and orderly at all times. Growth – Willing to learn and contribute to team success for personal development. Main Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer experience. Bussing of dirty items from tables and refilling pitchers. Delivery of food for plated meals. Cleanup of venue after events. Bar staff duties: proper cash management, card handling, and basic cocktail skills. Our catering operation prides itself in providing excellent service, treating guests with attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude. A suitable candidate should also be a problem‑solver and team player. Additional Responsibilities Greeting, seating, and escorting guests. Providing information to guests as they inquire. Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages. Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion. Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware. Providing exceptional customer experience. Job Requirements Showcase teamwork and communication skills. Handle money transactions responsibly. Multitask and act quickly.
