Sales Representative Summary:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that will meet or exceed sales and margin budget goals by obtaining new accounts while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Guides clients through a prescribed sales presentation.
• Responsible for conducting 25-35 sales presentations per week.
• Logs calls, update opportunities, and submits orders.
• Required 50-75 outbound calls per week entailing follow ups, client check ins, and special projects.
• Responsible for weekly meetings with managers, reviews, and team sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience.
• Track record of achieving quota.
• Strong phone presence and experience.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Strong listening, verbal, and communication skills.
• A successful candidate will also possess knowledge sourcing new sales opportunities and understanding customer needs.

Education And/Or Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS) in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years prior sales experience preferred.

Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concise while demonstrating active listening skills. Ability to speak professionally and effectively to potential customers.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as fractions, decimals, and percentages to calculate taxes and sales receipts.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry standard software.

Other Qualifications:

• 3 years of Sales experience required.
• Must be able to multi-task at a high level.
• Must be able to prospect new customers through varies channels.
• Must have a valid driver license and have a clean driving record.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, grasping with hands, and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.

Work Environment:

The duties of this position are performed in an office environment under temperature-controlled conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
