Hospice Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice setting providing end-of-life care in patients' homes. Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, manage symptoms and pain, and develop individualized care plans. Educate and support patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey. Ensure thorough, compliant documentation in electronic medical records (EMR). Travel to patient homes within designated territory to provide care. Qualifications and Skills: Active RN license in the state of practice. At least two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license with ability to drive approximately 20% of workday. Key Attributes: Ability to work independently with support from a dedicated field education team and leadership.
