Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor: Required
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Required
At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Responsibilities

Provides personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).
Assists with activities of daily living including nutrition, hydration, personal care, and mobility.
Takes vital signs such as pulse and blood pressure and reports findings to the RN.
Helps patients with bathing, dressing, and feeding as required.
Performs a variety of clerical duties including routing patient reports as necessary.
Maintains organizational skills to facilitate smooth unit operations and meets deadlines.
