Uvalde Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead Plant Operations and ensure the hospital remains safe, compliant, and operating at its best 24/7. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership role with full oversight of hospital buildings, infrastructure, and critical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Your expertise directly supports patient safety, staff efficiency, and the health of the entire community. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Plant Operations team Oversee preventative and routine maintenance of all hospital systems Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and safety codes Manage vendor, supplier, and contractor relationships Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Proven experience managing maintenance operations in a complex facility Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Healthcare facility experience a strong plus Job Type Full-Time | Exempt.
