Join our healthcare partner in Lake Isabella, CA, where you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Your dedication and skills will help create a safe and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under the direction of RN or LVN
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for facility residents
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with residents, staff, and the public
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Hold a current California CNA certificate and BLS certification
• Possess skilled nursing experience
