Outside Sales Representative – Building Materials (Hardwood Products) California (Strong preference for Northern California) We're currently partnering with a well-established, globally recognized hardwood supplier to identify a high-impact Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across California. This is a strong opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to win at both the distribution level and in the field with builders, contractors, and end users . What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and grow relationships with lumberyards, dealers, and distribution partners Drive pull-through demand by working directly with builders, contractors, and installers Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across the region Collaborate with internal teams to support product positioning and customer success Manage territory strategy with a focus on long-term growth and account development What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in outside sales within building materials (hardwood, lumber, millwork, or related products preferred) Track record of growing distributor relationships and increasing territory revenue Comfortable calling on both channel partners and end users Strong business development mindset with the ability to open new doors Self-starter who thrives in a remote, territory-based role Why This Role?
