What You Will Have an Opportunity to Do

Dellshire Resort is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Cleaner – Culinary to support the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall safety of all culinary operations during overnight hours. This role is responsible for deep cleaning kitchen spaces, equipment, food preparation areas, storage areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure all culinary operations are prepared for the next business day.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high sanitation standards, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and contributes to a safe, organized, and positive work environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting food safety standards and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the resort's culinary spaces.

What You'll Do

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Perform overnight deep cleaning of all kitchen and culinary areas
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep stations, floors, walls, drains, coolers, and storage areas
• Properly clean grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, filters, and additional culinary equipment as assigned
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all back-of-house culinary spaces
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste in accordance with company procedures

Food Safety & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
• Ensure cleaning logs and sanitation checklists are completed accurately
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards immediately

Operational Support

• Assist culinary leadership with maintaining organization throughout kitchen operations
• Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed
• Support setup for the following day's operations when assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of employee areas and shared back-of-house spaces

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or with team members
• Follow Dellshire Resort appearance standards and workplace expectations
• Communicate effectively with culinary leadership and overnight teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What Are We Looking For?

Who You Are

• Previous janitorial, stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
