Responsible for answering and directing calls and messages, collaboration with nursing staff, providers, support staff on the day-to-day of patient flow, and additional tasks or projects as needed. Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic healthcare environment while contributing to efficient workflow resulting in positive patient experiences.This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital.
