Job: OB Gyn Practice - Medical Receptionist
Responsibilities:- Greet patients on arrival and courteously advise them of any delays.
- Input patient demographics.
- Verify eligibility of patient's health care insurance.
- Scheduling/confirming appointments.
- Collecting copay/outstanding balances.
- Answering phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the privacy of patients, and assure patient confidentiality at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Athena preferred.
- Proven job dedication and attention to detail.
