Job Title: Warehouse Clerical / Administrative Assistant

Location: Pooler, GA (On-site)

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.50 / hour (depends on shift/experience)

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerical Associate to support our office and operational team in Pooler, GA. In this role, you will perform essential administrative tasks, manage site data entry, and help maintain smooth daily communication between warehouse leadership, staff, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine office functions, accurate data entry, and file management.

• Generate and maintain operational reports, logs, and site documentation.

• Utilize Microsoft Office programs and internal warehouse systems to track daily metrics.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors, staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Assist site leadership with administrative troubleshooting and day-to-day coordination.

Qualifications:

• Must have prior office or clerical experience (warehouse administrative experience is a plus).

• Computer literacy required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data-entry systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and handle administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Dress Code & General Requirements

• Closed-toe shoes are required. Safety shoes or work shoes should be worn where required by the site.
• Wear clean, work-appropriate clothing suitable for a warehouse environment. Clothing must allow safe movement and must not create a snagging hazard.
• No loose or excessively baggy clothing, open-toe shoes, sandals, slippers, or high heels.
• Long hair should be secured when working near machinery or material-handling equipment.
• Required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety vests or other site-issued equipment, must be worn as directed.
• Clothing or accessories with offensive, unsafe, or inappropriate wording or graphics are not permitted.
• Employees must follow all site safety, security, attendance, and conduct rules while on assignment.
