Day in the Life

Start your shift by reviewing scheduled PMs, then head to the floor to keep critical machinery running at peak performance. One hour you might trace a pneumatic fault that’s slowing a line; the next, you’re aligning a conveyor, swapping a pump, or welding a small bracket to improve a guard. You’ll read mechanical drawings and schematics to diagnose issues quickly, complete corrective repairs to minimize downtime, and jump in on equipment installs or modifications. Throughout the day, you’ll maintain a safe, orderly workspace and collaborate with production to keep throughput high.

What You’ll Handle

• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Service and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and other industrial assets.
• Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
