Talent Search Pro is seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits and the leave program. You will serve as the go-to contact for benefits questions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate HRIS records. The role includes onboarding new hires to benefits, managing FMLA and PFML processes, and supporting audits and annual enrollment.
