Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed. Coordinate with District FAST Supervisor on work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements. Manage store inventories and cycle counts. Complete price changes and hang signage appropriately. Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Deliver exceptional customer service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately essential. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and self-direction. Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; shifts typically 4-8 hours. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and perform various physical activities.
