How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of specialized bedside care for orthopedic and neurological patients, ensuring every intervention aligns with the patient’s unique recovery goals.
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of therapists and specialists to provide seamless, holistic care that accelerates patient healing and improves outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret complex patient data to make real-time clinical decisions, proactively communicating changes to the care team to ensure patient safety.
• Advocate for patients and their families by managing the discharge planning process, ensuring they have the resources and education needed for a successful transition home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
•  Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
