The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations across the dining room, bar, and private dining spaces. This role is integral to the guest experience—overseeing seating strategy, recognizing VIP guests and critics, coordinating with the service team, and actively participating in service. After a decade working under legendary French chef Daniel Boulud in New York City, Aaron was drawn to Houston by its welcoming spirit and vibrant culinary community—something that continues to define who we are today. Bludorn Hospitality Group also includes Navy Blue, Bar Bludorn, and Perseid at Hotel Saint Augustine.
