Our company is seeking a Construction Sales driven individual who is highly motivated, a self-starter, articulate and has a sharp, observative eye to join our team. Job Requirements: 2+ years in sales, marketing, public relations, or related field. Construction industry background preferred. Ability to read blueprints. Excellent networking and relationship building skills. Great organization and planning ability. Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Retention of existing customer base with continued sales growth. Source and grow sales with new business opportunities. Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs; keep us fresh in our customer’s minds. Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner. Assist in driving marketing strategy.
