Specialized Driver Overview

• Pay that performs for specialists. Earn 60-62CPM base pay based on experience, with average weekly earnings of $1,734 and top performers earning up to $2,025 per week.*
• Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Appling, GA.
• Pay that adds up beyond the mile. Earn $4 per loaded or unloaded car plus $30 per stop, giving you more ways to boost your paycheck on every run.*
• Freight built for specialists. Haul Club Car(R) golf cars on custom decking trailers to luxury golf courses across the U.S. and Canada, running specialized routes that reward experienced drivers with bigger paychecks.
• Consistent time off you can count on. Get home every 10-14 days based on location, with planned resets built into your schedule.
• Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
